RawLean (Rolene Sher)  is presenting a wonderfully inspiring Raw Food workshop where  we are talking about eating high vibrational, healthy, nutritious foods rich in minerals that are easily absorbed into the body.  (That means uncooked and unprocessed foods).  Learn how you can heal and strengthen your body, recover from illness or assist with weight management the HEALTHY way!

This will be a breakfast, lunch and dinner preparation workshop so come HUNGRY!!!

A special market at The Merry Widow Country Inn will host a variety of artists and crafters as an extension of Hopefield’s Annual Fynbos-show week-end!   Bring your friends and share with us the passion of our local traders whilst enjoying the festivities.  

Jason van Groeningen will be our live musician with a selection of piano and guitar music to entertain you for the day.
