Just over one hundred kilometers from Cape Town, next to the scenic Langebaan Lagoon, nestles the picture perfect little village of Langebaan, one of the oldest and least discovered tourist destinations on the West Coast of South Africa.
Naturelovers from all over the world come to view the more than 360 species of birds found in the protected lagoon waters of the West Coast National Park, as well as the masses of spring flowers in August and September. Sport enthusiasts enjoy almost every kind of water sport known. Summers are never very hot nor winters very cold.
